How do i book a rental
Do you deliver, set up, and pick up?
Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and pickup so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during weekends and summer months, as popular dates fill up quickly.
Are your inflatables cleaned?

Absolutely. Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before every rental.
Your safety comes first. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll work with you to reschedule whenever possible. See our rental agreement for our full weather policy.

What happens if it rains?
Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 30% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event. See our rental agreement for our full policy.

How can I contact you?
Does Bounce Social provide an event attendant?

Our standard rentals do NOT include an event attendant. The person renting the inflatable is responsible for providing adult supervision throughout the event and ensuring all safety rules are followed.
If you're planning a large event, school function, festival, or corporate event, attendant services may be available upon request for an additional fee. Contact us for availability and pricing.
Is there an additional charge for setup on concrete or asphalt?

Grass is our preferred setup surface, but we can also set up on concrete, asphalt, pavement, or indoors.
Some non-grass setups may require additional equipment to safely secure the inflatable and may be subject to an additional setup fee. If applicable, we'll let you know before your reservation is confirmed so there are no surprises.
If you're unsure whether your setup location will work, feel free to reach out. We're always happy to help!
