A 30 % deposit is required to reserve your rental and event date.

• The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event, as outlined during booking.

• We accept all major credit and debit cards.

• Reservations are confirmed only after your deposit has been received.

Your safety is always our top priority.

• Customers may cancel their reservation more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time and receive a full refund, including the 30% deposit.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time will result in the 30% deposit being non-refundable, as the reservation date has been reserved exclusively for the customer and removed from availability for other bookings.

• Any remaining balance paid beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

Most inflatables require a dedicated electrical outlet within approximately 100 feet of the setup location.

• The outlet should not be shared with other high-powered equipment during use.

• If electricity is unavailable, a generator may be available upon request for an additional fee.

• Please let us know before your event if you believe a generator will be needed.

To ensure a safe installation, please have the setup area prepared before delivery.

• Grass is our preferred setup surface.

• We can also set up on concrete, asphalt, pavement, or indoors with the proper anchoring equipment.

• We do not set up on sand, gravel, mud, loose dirt, or uneven terrain.

• Please remove toys, pet waste, rocks, and other debris before our arrival.

• A clear access path wide enough to transport the inflatable is required.

The safety of your guests is our highest priority.

• An adult (18 years or older) must supervise the inflatable at all times while it is in use.

• Riders should follow all posted safety rules.

• Shoes, food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, and pets are not permitted inside the inflatable.

• Bounce Social does not provide attendants with standard rentals.

• Attendant services may be available for schools, festivals, and larger events for an additional fee.

We've got the heavy lifting covered!

• Our team will deliver, set up, inspect, and secure your rental before your event begins.

• At the end of your rental period, we'll return to safely deflate, pack, and remove the equipment.

• Please ensure the inflatable is free of personal belongings before pickup.

We ask that all equipment be treated with care.

Customers are responsible for preventing damage caused by:

• Silly string

• Face paint

• Confetti

• Sharp objects

• Fireworks

• Smoking or open flames

• Pets inside the inflatable

Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.

The safety of our customers is our highest priority. Bounce Social LLC reserves the right to delay, postpone, or cancel a rental if weather conditions are considered unsafe, including but not limited to:

• High winds

• Lightning

• Thunderstorms

• Heavy rain

• Flooding

• Any other hazardous weather conditions.

If Bounce Social LLC determines that weather conditions are unsafe before delivery, the customer may choose to:

• Reschedule their rental to another available date within 12 months, subject to availability, or

• Receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

If weather conditions become unsafe after the inflatable has been delivered and setup is complete, the inflatable must be vacated immediately and the blower turned off. Refunds or partial refunds will not be issued for rentals interrupted after delivery due to changing weather conditions.
